There is Airbnb & Co - why reposée?

Airbnb et al. is specializing in short-term rental: guesthouses, hotels & private accommodation for the weekend trip to Paris, the summer seaside holiday and other holiday trips.

reposée is focusing on the seasonal sharing of recreational residences within a radius of approximately 3 hours by car for the regular visit of owners & tenants during the same period.

With whom do I share my weekend house?

You choose your tenants yourself. You can also actively search for tenants. Only if you like a profile, you will unlock your contact details and address of your property.

If you like a potential tenant, make a phone call or meet in advance. Then you know your new tenants for a season.

How much rent should I charge?

Look at how much rent other providers in your area demand. The monthly total rental price for seasonal sharing should be significantly less than for a daily rental à la Airbnb and rather oriented towards the prices of the regular rental market with a surcharge.

Take the desired total rental price per month, divide it by the number of possible shares (two), and you have the monthly rental price! Please note also possible local regulations and requirements of the legislature.

When do I get paid my rent?

reposée receives the rent due at the beginning of the month from the tenant. The rent will be transferred to you at the end of the month. If the renter is in arrears with the rental payments, we will inform you.

SERVICE-FEES

 

reposée provides you with the service for the seasonal sharing of leisure real estate.

Creating a profile, searching for a tenant & get found by potential tenants is for free. If you would like to contact a tenant and process a booking, you will pay to reposée a fixed service fee that can be canceled at any time.

The service fee includes the processing of the separate, monthly rent payments from the renter to you. You will receive the rent at the end of each month.
